About Me

I am a practioner of Siddha Yoga a spiritual practice which unites an individuals consciousness with the Absolute Brahman.

It is not an individuals achievement to reach this perception but is a result of the infusion of Shakti by a Siddha Guru it is a divine force Kundalini that moves through the chakras piercing them and granting the realizations on each level.

The Yogini has to practice being in the state of pure awareness free from thoughts or attachment to thoughts, This helps the Shakti energy along. It is not a passive path. Don't wait for it to become your reality declare it and practice this yoga by seeing it and expreienceing it in good times, in bad ,in sorrow and bliss, in loss and gain, in every situation. That is how it is made real. Not by wishing and hoping one day we will reach this truth but by claiming it here and now.

Does this make all problems go away and we now live in a musical comedy where everything is beautiful at all times and everyone is singing happy songs?

No but we declare this unending bliss as our reality through all of this. This is the meaning of trancendence to go beyond the surface or above the level of physical perceptions that are connected to the sense organs.

Not waiting for the magic moment to take us there. We seize the time and declare it our own.

This is not arrogance it has nothing to do with the personal identity. It disolves the personal identity into the universal. The individual soul merges into the cosmic soul known as Brahman or the Absolute.
This concept is called Moksha liberation from the temporal world.

In this path the ultimate reality is called God or Brahman. A word for the anthropomorphic force that animates existence.

Not seen as one individual but as all there is expressed as a human like entity, All things are contained in this anthropomorphic entitiy. It is the instrument through which we experience our existence. Our salutation is Namaste which means I ackowledge and honor the God Absolute in you.
In this way of thinking God is omnipotent one without a second. God is the Absolute that means all there is is God. To see God in the pretty comforting things is easy but to see Godd in ALL takes faith and constant practice that God is the unshakable force behind ALL things even those that frighten us and are not comforting. This is the ultimate challenge of the Yogi the one who makes UNION with this God or absolute reality the goal of his or her life. It is a practice, a way of seeing and havinng faith that God is ABSOLUITE .
Affirmation:
I live in the constant awareness of being merged with the Absolute. God or Brahman is the Absolute. Nothing exists that is not God. The practice of Yoga is the conscious effort to “ SEE” this divine reality at all times. There is no where new to go. There is only the unfolding of Divine Consciousness, the awakening of a higher perception of reality.

Reality is the Absolute or God. God's nature is “unending Bliss” Absolute. Understanding this is beyond the ability of the limited thinking mind. We must transcend the ordinary mind and go beyond thoughts to the Trancendental consciousness that attains to this awareness. This is called “Nirvikalpa Samadhi” a state “free from thoughts”, or more aptly free from attachment to our thoughts.
This “trancendental cosmic consciousness” is called Chidvilasananda The “bliss of the play of consciousness”. In this state of being we experience the “Bliss of Liberation” from the limited thinking mind.
Thoughts are limitations, one can only dwell in the steady awareness of the Absolute by transcending the “vikalpas” (thoughts). This is Muktananda the “bliss of freedom” which leads us to the awareness of our true eternal nature which is “unending , ever increasing”eternal bliss”. This is known as Nityananda.
In our prayers we pray:
May no one experience pain even in a dream
O Lord lead us from darkness to light
Lead us from the unreal to the real
Lead us from death to immortality!
All hail the true Guru!!
Who liberates us from bondage!
Om Guru!

Recognize this truth. God is in all. When you hate another, you are hating the Lord. When you hate the Lord, you are hating yourself. When you inflict pain on another name, remember that the other is yourself, in another form with another name....Envy causes pain on those who are envied. When another's fortune is green, why should your eyes be red? Why get wild when another eats his fill?... Give up this vice of envy. Be happy when another is happy. That is more pleasing to the Lord than all the prayers you recite, all the flowers you heap on His picture or image, or even the hours you spend in silent meditation.

The Dogon Sacred Ritual of Sigi honoring the Sirus Star B

Dogon Sigi Ritual Dances

Sigi Festival

Another extraordinary event of the Dogon people is the Sigi festival. It is a the most important animist ritual celebrated every sixty years. Given the Dogon’s cosmology, it has been considered to coincide with the apparition of the Sirius B or Dog star.

A particularly lucky Dogon person sees two Sigi in his or her lifetime, and hears a third sigi: the first in his/her mother’s womb, the second at middle age and the last in old age. The Sigi dance, ca
