REMEMBER TO BREATHE!





1)    Set aside some time each day to work on your breathing – start with emptying your breath by consciously exhaling
2)    You should breathe in through your nose, pulling oxygen into your lungs.  Breathe out through your mouth, releasing stress.
3)    Allow a natural pause after the exhalation, rest there briefly and allow the inhalation to happen naturally, by itself when its ready
4)    Hold  the intention to bring energy and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
5)    Pay attention to your breathing during your everyday activities. 
Remember, don’t hold your breath.
